Al Bayaan Islamic Council Trust (Trust Reg. IT 14896/2006) respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

When you contact us through this website, we collect your name, email address and the details of your message. When you register for our programmes or events, we may also collect your phone number and other details needed for that programme.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to organise programmes, events and services you have asked for, and to keep you informed about our activities if you have agreed to this. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties, except where the law requires it.
How we protect it
Your information is stored securely and is accessible only to authorised members of the Trust. We keep it only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You may also object to the use of your information for communication about our activities.
